Who I Am

I am a Learning Experience Designer with a background in UX/UI design, instructional design, and user-centered problem-solving. My expertise in UX/UI has equipped me with a deep understanding of how people interact with digital content. At the same time, my passion for instructional design allows me to create engaging, learner-focused experiences. I thrive at the intersection of design and education, ensuring that learning solutions are effective but also intuitive and engaging.

My Process

My approach is rooted in both user experience design principles and the ADDIE model. I begin by identifying the learner's needs and understanding the challenges they face. Drawing from my UX research experience, I conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to ensure the learning solution is data-driven and learner-centered. I then prototype multiple solutions, iterating based on feedback and testing. My background in design thinking allows me to create visually compelling, interactive, and accessible learning experiences that enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
